Khristina is ICF-Certified Executive Coach and ATD-CI credentialed learning leader, and has trained and coached more than 5,000 professionals worldwide, driving measurable behavior change and sustained performance. Previously, as Senior Director of Compliance Education, she led global L&D and leadership functions, improving retention and sales in key markets from 62% to 87% year-over-year.
